Redrum Aged & Infused Gin

We do a lot of infusion of different gins at the bar and also do the barrel aging process. The current bottles on offer:

1. 3.5 months barrel aged gin infused with fresh rosemary and basil
2. 3.5 months barrel aged gin infused with fresh rosemary and mountain tea from Crete
3. Un-aged gin infused with lapsang tea (smoky tea)
4. Un-aged gin infused with mace (outer flower of nutmeg)
